RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We strive to provide high-quality products with beautiful designs. Please remember to refer to our fabrics and product care guide in every Product description on the website. 

  • There are various procedures regarding returns and cancellations. A return procedure is applicable in the case of a flaw or defect (“Return”). Customer cancellation is subject to a cancellation procedure ("Cancellation"). 

  • Cancellation's and Return's costs are borne by the Company, including shipping, transport and handling costs/fees.

  •  From the date of receipt of the Product(s), you have 30 days to return, exchange, or cancel your order.

Below, we will describe the characteristics of each one, as well as their costs and conditions. 
Returns:
If you desire to return a Product, you have 30 days from the date you received the item to do so. Returns are permitted as long as the clothing has not been worn, contains all internal tags, and is not a customer-personalized item. To request a return, visit our return center here.

The following conditions should be taken into consideration:

  1. Markdowns: Products purchased while on discount (other than with a Promotion) or on Seasonal Sale markdowns are not eligible for returns or a refund.

  2. In order to protect hygiene and health, returns are not accepted for swimwear and accessories when their wrapping, packaging or covering that protects the product has been opened and product appears to be used already, except for those that are faulty or have a flaw.

  3. Unless a Product is faulty or has a flaw, all returned products must be in their original packaging.

  4. Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within six (6) months of purchase are considered faulty. Products that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. The Company will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.

  5. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a Product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the six (6) month period. At our discretion any Product returned outside of the return period may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.

Exchanges:

If you desire to exchange a Product, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to do so. To request an exchange, visit our return center here.

The following conditions should be taken into consideration:

  1. Currently, exchanges are only possible for different sizes. Please contact our  customer care team here if you would like to exchange the item for another one.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only applicable when the order has not been fullfield. To request a cancellation please contact our  customer care team here.

Refund Policy

The Company will refund the corresponding amount (except for taxes and shipping fees) within the period of 15 days from the date the return, exchange or cancellation was reported. The refund will take place through the same method of payment originally used. However, we may retain the refund until the Products have been received, or until you present evidence of return of the Products, whichever becomes true first.
