Shipping Policy
US SHIPPING
At johannaortiz.com, we offer various shipping options for orders within the continental United States. Orders for 2-day and Priority Overnight Shipping must be placed by 12 pm ET; orders placed after that will ship on the next business day.
Our shipping fees are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $1000, $10 for orders less than $1000
• 2day Shipping: $20
• Overnight Shipping: $40
A signature is required for all deliveries to ensure the safety of your package, as per our insurance policy. We kindly ask that you do not ship to PO Boxes, as we can not guarantee safe delivery to these addresses.
Please note all preorders ship according to the shipping details listed on the product page. Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.
To request a return, please visit our Return Portal. If we receive a return package without a return request submitted via the portal, we reserve the right to send the package back to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At johannaortiz.com, we offer International DHL Express shipping on all orders. The shipping fee for international orders is $35, with delivery duties and taxes calculated and paid upfront at checkout. These will be automatically calculated at our International Returns Portal.
