Styling Notes:
Our “party bag” is truly a magical creation. In collaboration with the Amazonian Okaina People, we developed a functional amulet that carries the Amazon spirit that is traditionally called the “abundance basket”. Using “bejuco yare,” native to the Amazon, the Okaina weaved a cube imbued with the jungle; we then embellished the piece with pompoms, glass beads, and tassels.
